TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before purchasing and participating in any online class, private coaching, or program. By enrolling, you agree to these terms.

1. Booking & Payment Policy

​

Live Online Group Classes (via Zoom):

  • Payment must be made in full before participation.

  • Class packages are valid for 5 weeks from the date of purchase.

  • A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations.

  • No refunds or carry-overs for unused classes.

  • Package transfers to a friend or family member may be arranged upon request.

Online Private Coaching:

  • Payment must be made in full before participation.

  • Minimum commitment: 3 months.

  • A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations.

  • Late cancellations or missed sessions are non-refundable.

Online Programs:

  • Payment must be made in full before access is granted.

  • No refunds or extensions once the program has been accessed.​

 

2. Health & Safety Disclaimer

​

  • You must have medical clearance from your healthcare provider before participating.

  • If you are pregnant or postnatal, you may not participate without written approval from a medical professional.

  • You must not participate if you are unwell or have any physical or mental condition that may affect your ability to safely perform movement exercises.

  • If you cannot confirm the above, you should not participate.

3. Liability Waiver

​

  • Participation is at your own risk.

  • Leilah Pentz is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during participation if:

    • You have not obtained medical clearance.

    • You go against medical advice.

    • You fail to follow safety instructions.

    • Another participant causes an injury.

4. General Terms

​

  • All sales are final.

  • If any provision in these terms becomes invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

  • These terms do not waive any rights of Leilah Pentz.

  • By participating, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

​

  • These terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence.

  • Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
